30 rock is a series created by Tina Fey, Richmond’s wife. Richmond composed the music for, and directed multiple episodes of 30 Rock. Richmond left Saturday Night Live in 2006 to write and produce music for the situation comedy 30 Rock.
He has also appeared as an extra on 30 Rock as the character Alfonso Disparioso on several occasions, and he directed five episodes beginning in 2010: “Argus,” “Plan B,” “The Ballad of Kenneth Parcell,” “Today You Are a Man,” and “A Goon’s Deed in a Weary World.”
