Stanis went on to do a Nationwide Insurance commercial after she and former co-star Jimmie Walker contributed their voices to a radio advertisement for AT&T. Stanis has appeared in TV One network advertisements, as well as in a “Thelma” campaign that aired on September 19, 2009, with actress Anna Maria Horsford in the “Battle of the Thelmas,” which broadcast their respective TV series’ weddings.
