Kim Kardashian has disclosed that her son, Saint West, fractured his arm in many places in a horrible accident.
The reality actress and make-up mogul turned to Instagram Stories to post images from the hospital.
She then captioned another photo showing Saint’s arm in a cast, “Poor baby.”
Saint is seen in one shot seated in a wheelchair with his arm covered.
She titled it, “Who do you believe wept the most today? Today, my newborn child fractured his arm in several places. I’m not doing well.”
