According to a TMZ insider, it all started at the hotel bar, where Hayden, Brian, and a few other guests got into an altercation.
The management booted everyone out after one of the other group’s members claimed Brian spit on them, resulting in the street brawl.
As shown in the video, security was able to calm the situation at one point, but Brian broke free, escalating the scenario.
Hayden was attempting to get Brian away from the others, and it appears she got kicked in the face while doing so.
