Ketanji Brown Jackson is an attorney and judge in the United States. Since 2021, she has had the privilege of serving as a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. In addition, Jackson married surgeon Patrick G. Jackson, whose family is Boston Brahmin, in 1996. She is linked to former House Speaker Paul Ryan through her marriage. Patrick Jackson is a descendant of Jonathan Jackson, a delegate to the Continental Congress, and is related to Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. They have two daughters together.
